Boys & Girls Club of Malibu Wellness Center invites you to join us for a Lunch & Learn parenting workshop via zoom on Parenting Neurodivergent and Differently-abled Kids, Tuesday, April 26 @ 12pm. Neurodivergent is a term that was coined by Judy Singer, a sociologist with autism. It refers to the concept that certain developmental disorders are normal variations in the brain. What do parents need to know about this term? And what does it mean to parent a child with neurodiversity? ● What neurodivergent means & characteristics often observed
